Each glass with reeded body and cut pellets, a baluster stem and stellar base, each carafe similarly designed with faceted necks, all with enamel and gold foil inclusions with interlaced initials ON on ermine and red mantling beneath the Imperial crown, compromising two carafes, four wine glasses, four champagne flutes, four water glasses, four port glasses and four tumblers

Grand Duchess Olga Nikolaevna was the daughter of Tsar Nicholas I. She married Karl I, King of Wurtemberg, at Peterhof on 13 July 1846.
During the XIX Century, few members of the Imperial family like the Empress and Grand Dukes Konstantin and Michael Nikolaevich ordered from the Imperial Glass factory such glass banqueting services.
