Arabic manuscript on thick paper, 24ll. of firm legible black naskh below the gold tughra of Abdul Hamid II, above that a further naskh inscription within an ogival cartouche, the upper portion embellished with polychrome arabesques and floral designs, dated below 11 Sha'ban 1315, the text outlined with gold margins
