Side A: a maenad wearing a chiton, necklace, earrings and bracelets moves to the right with her head turned back to the left, holding a lighted torch and a tympanon
Side B: a satyr moving to the right, looking back to the left, carrying a thyrsos
Ornate palmettes under the handles, the shoulder and neck decorated with bands of tongue, laurel and scrolling wave pattern, similar scrolls above the foot, each handle with a row of laurel leaves, handle repaired
