Maker's mark a rooster facing left, city mark N for Nuremberg, and assay scratch mark, circa 1760
Set on a stepped and moulded shaped circular base, the tapering plain stem, supporting rectangular spice-section fitted with a drawer, divided into four compartments with thumb piece and a square gallery above, surmounted by a movable candleholder with thumb piece, set within a frame of four wire supports, the top fitted with a wax-guard
