Signed Cugnier-Leschot, No. 13932, circa 1820
With full plate gilt-finished verge movement, chain fusée, engraved and pierced cock, repeating on two hammers, the small white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, blued steel hands, surrounded by a polychrome champlevé enamel scene surmounted by an applied varicoloured balcony, when the repeating is actived by depressing the pendant, a wizard appears and strikes the bell apparently in unison with the repeating, in circular heavy case with ribbed band, cuvette signed, case stamped CL
