Two similar French ormolu-mounted porphyry and red agate jardinieres

Each of rectangular form, one with four panels of porphyry, the other with four panels of agate, set within foliate-cast mounts, on pierced foliate-cast feet, the underside of the porphyry jardinière inscribed ESCALIER DE CRISTAL PARIS, each with metal liner
The porphyry jardinière: 7 in. (17.8 cm.) wide; 4 5/8 in. (11.7 cm) high; 5 in. (12.6 cm.) deep
The agate jardinière: 6¾ in. (17.1 cm.) wide; 4 3/8 in. (11.1 cm.) high; 4 3/8 in. (11.1 cm.) deep (2)
