With a worshipper before the storm god, the scene placed horizontally, the god wearing a horned tiara and a long creased robe open at the front, his projecting foot resting on the back of a small bull, holding the lead-rope which is tied to the bull's snout and forked lightning in his right hand, the standing worshipper wearing a decorated robe with a bottom fringe, extending both hands, between them a table topped with a solar disk on a short pole, with two stars and a lunar crescent in the sky, and a fish, a recumbent horned animal, a crouching monkey and an inverted dancing man as fillers, with a three-line inscription in Elamite cuneiform naming the owner "Shagga, son of Abriri, servant of Adad"
