Preserving the upper portions of the seal, with a bearded deity wearing a horned tiara holding a rod in his raised right hand, facing a bare-headed worshipper, his hands raised in prayer, with a four line inscription in Elamite cuneiform reading, "Shil[ha], son of Unnu[...], servant of Lila-[irtash], spear-bearer of the god [...]"
