inscribed on the inner rim of the threaded ebony objective mount GUISEPPE MOSCHINO IN GENOVA, the tortoiseshell-bound body-tube with an elegant thin silver band (one missing), the draw tube with green vellum covering with decorative silver stampings, the ebony eye-piece threaded to unscrew, contained in the original drum-shaped green paper-lined leather-covered case with stamped silver decoration around the upper edge -- 3¼in. (8.2cm.) high
