The circular snap top centred by a medallion with stylised flowers, foliage and strapwork, scrollwork in stained harewood with palmette and interlaced decoration within a walnut band with trailing flowers and foliage similarly heightened with ebonised edge and frieze with cabochon and dart moulding on baluster column and tripod supports with foliate carved knees with finials and scroll feet with brass castors
