The dish with a coat-of-arms and crest below a band of gilt chain-pattern in the well, and four grisaille landscape and bird cartouches below the rim, 9 5/8 in. (24.5 cm.) diam.; a soup plate with the arms of Paton of Kinaldy and motto VIRTUS LAUDANDO CRESCIT below four puce enamel flower sprays, underside chip, 8 5/8 in. (22 cm.) diam.; and a pair of leaf-shaped sauce-boats, en suite, one handle and one spout chip restored, 6¾ in. (17 cm.) wide (4)
