The present picture is a bozzetto for the figure of Saint Herculanus in Saints Herculanus, Hippolito and Taurino, dated 1741, in the Church of San Giovanni Calibita, Rome (M.G. di Capua in the catalogue of the exhibition, Giaquinto, Capolavori dalle Corti in Europa, Castello Svevo, Bari, April 23-June 20 1993, p. 44, fig. 19).
