Yongzheng (1723-35)
painted with phoenix perched on rockwork and birds in flight in flowering gardens of peonies and magnolia, the covers and shoulders with shaped panels reserved with trailing flower sprays and scrolling foliage -- 24in. (61cms) high, (both jars broken and restuck, restoration to parts of cover rims).
