Tom and Laurie Clark of Clark-Claudon sell grapes from their vineyards to local wineries. Now they are retaining a small proportion and producing minute amounts of concentrated wine. These mountainside, 100 estate grown Cabernets are known for their incredible aromas and richness. As rare, handcrafted wines they have become collectors items. In the January 2000 issue of the Wine Advocate, Robert Parker declared this Cabernet producer as one of California's finest.
