A Fürstenberg slop-bowl
Circa 1765, blue script F, inscribed e.z
Potted slightly off-centre, one side of the exterior painted in puce camaïeu with Pierrot standing alone with his mandolin in a wooded landscape, the other with Pierrot rucumbent beside his companion before an obelisk in a wooded landscape, below a shaped blue diaper pattern border edged with gilt scrolls and suspending garlands of flowers, the interior moulded with reeds radiating from a central bouquet of flowers, gilt line rim (wear to gilt line rim)
