Of rectangular shape with a hinged lid and twin doors opening to eleven drawers of various sizes, carved overall with five-clawed dragons, pheonixes, archaistic scrolling dragons, waves and rocks amidst clouds, the wood of rich reddish tone, mounted with incised gilt-metal hardware and fitted with bail handles--16¾ x 12¼ x 17¼in.
