A FINE PAIR OF DOUCAI OGEE DISHES
QIANLONG SEAL MARKS AND OF THE PERIOD

Each painted and enamelled to the centre of the interior with a full-faced flower-head with overlapping petals, encircled by four peach and four stylised lotus-blossom scrolls, the rim with the eight Daoist emblems, hongbao, tied to flower-sprays with bowed ribbons, the exterior with eight exotic loose flower and fruit-sprays above a band of ruyi-heads, all within double line borders--8in.
