Of rectangular shape lacquered in gold takamaki-e and hiramaki-e on a kinji ground with two No actors on a stage bordered by pines and clouds, the figures of inlaid silver with gilt detail, the reverse a continuation of the scene with a lone courtier looking on from an open veranda, interior cases nashiji; fitted with a silver ojime cast as a peach on a leafy stem--4in. (10cm.) high
