FIRST EDITION IN DE-LUXE CLOTH BINDING, one of an unknown number bound in this deluxe binding in either August, September or Demember, 1908 (this copy with broken type on p. 9 ["because"], p. 27 ["beautifully"], and p. 28 ["about"]).
