etching and drypoint, circa 1650, on fine laid paper, a very fine impression, with extensive, rich burr on the reeds in the foreground, to the left of the pedestal of the obelisk and around the bushy clump of trees in front of the cottage, with the grainy printing in the sky near the chimney, with thread margins or trimmed on the platemark, the top margin corners made up, the platemark enhanced with gray wash, lesser defects
