TWO GEORGE II SILVER CASTER AND TWO PAIRS OF GEORGE III SALTS, all London, with makers' marks of: the first caster 1753, Jabez Daniel, baluster, chased with flowerheads and foliage scrolls, with scroll enclosed, crested, asymetrical cartouche, with partly pierced high domed cover with acanthus bud finial--7½in. (19cm.) high; the second--1728, plain baluster--4in. (10.1cm.) high; the circular salts--1773, T. Smith; on three hoof and shell feet, with applied rim, with blue glass liners--2½in. (6cm.) diam; the oval pair 1775 similar to the preceding--3¼in. (8.2cm.) long, weighable silver 19oz. (6)
