Goto Shinjo (Mitsuyoshi, 1783-1835) was the fifteenth Shirobei mainline master of the Goto school. He was the first son of Goto Keijo (1751-1804) from whom he inherited his title. He remained head of the school for thirty-two years. During this time he was a prolific maker of fittings and also wrote many attestations for the work of his predecessors.
