The oval shakudo nanako plate is pierced and carved in relief with a Omori Hikohichi about to kill a demon. On the reverse, a design of a passerby and a horse fleeing the scene. The details are inlaid in gold and soft metal--height 7.2cm., width 6.8cm., maximum thickness 9.25mm.
