Each plate set with twenty-nine diminishing slender hoshi; the bowl itself comprised of nine major plates, each comprising between five and eight individual plates, the total comprising sixty-two and surmounted by a four-step shakudo tehen-kanamono. The mabisashi, fukigaeshi and two-lame circular-pierced shikoro lacquered dark brown, the fukigaeshi emblazoned with gilt mitsudomoe, unsigned.
