Comprising shaped oval meat dish and high domed cover, oval entree dish and cover on warmer stand, circular covered entree dish and cover on warmer stand, oval sauce tureen and cover, and a pair of circular salt cellars; each with lobed sides and acanthus scroll and flowerhead rims, with acanthus scroll feet and reeded acanthus scroll side handles, the removable finial handles formed as foliate scroll branches issuing from calices of similar foliage, marked under bases with elephant, A in triangle, maker's mark H & Co. and with crescent tally mark, some pieces also stamped HAMILTON & CO., JEWELLERS, CALCUTTA --length of meat dish 18 1/2in.
