From the series of The Trojan Wars and depicting Achilles' quarrel with Agamemnon, with Achilles angrily drawing his sword against Agamemnon clad in splendid armour attended by Calchas and Nestor, with Greek ships and a burning fortress in the distance, within a scrolling foliate border and further border woven with acanthus and foliate arabesques, the corners with medallions enclosing lion's masks within a guard border, with partial weaver's monogram of Wilelm de Pannemaker in the right selvage -12ft. 10in. x 11ft. 6in. (3m. 85cm. x 3m. 45cm.)
