The compressed pear shaped form set on a short, recessed, ring foot with wide, cylindrical neck ending in a rolled lip, painted below the neck in underglaze blue with a long and curving four-clawed dragon chasing the flaming pearl, small, puffy clouds dotted around the dragon, the foot encircled by a ring of underglaze blue -- 12 1/8 in. (31 cm.) high
