LATE 19TH CENTURY, SIGNED LEBER
Each of baluster form with domed cover, pinecone finial and domed foot, painted front and back with named scenes on one side and a landscape on the other within gilt rocaille cartouches, one depicting 'La Bèrgère des Alpes', the other depicting 'Heureuse Nouvelle', the ormolu foliate scroll handles and oak-branch shoulder terminals rising from satyr herms terminating in scrolls, the whole set into an ormolu wreath resting on a canted square base--53 1/2in. (135.8cm.) high (2)
