The rectangular border consisting of alternating red and white and blue and white hearts headed by flowers and enclosing the text: "Lydia Hoff was born Jan. 2nd 1789," all above two red and blue-decorated birds flanking a central red, blue, yellow and ink-decorated flower-- 7¾ x 10¾in.
