THIRD QUARTER 18TH CENTURY, ATTRIBUTED TO CHARLES TOPINO

With three-quarter galleried rectangular top above a pair of cabinet doors flanking an open compartment above three short drawers and a canted serpentine table top above a conforming frieze drawer enclosing a gilt-tooled burgundy leather writing panel flanked by compartments for writing utensils, on hipped cabriole legs joined by a rectangular undertier and ending in foliate-cast scroll sabots, inlaid throughout with flower-filled baskets, blossoming garlands and still lives (alterations to gallery and drawers in superstructure)-40¼in. (101cm.) high, 29¼in. (73cm.) wide, 15¼in. (38.5cm.) deep
