The vessel issuing from the mouth of a dragon/carp which forms the base, carved around the sides with cloud scrolls and with a chilong climbing up to the rim in pursuit of a flaming pearl, the stone softly polished and of even white tone with a small area of brown inclusion near the base--4in. (10.2cm.) high
