The ivory and abrashed deep walnut medallion enclosing a rose and indigo strap-work square and within a rose rectangular frame with strap-work embellishments all on an abrashed reddish brown field with boldly swirling polychrome floral vining and acanthus scrolls some terminating in masks, all within a cream border with scrolling ormoluesque acanthus vines punctuated in each corner by red balls and on each side by indigo strap-work embellished rectangles (losses to surface, restorations throughout)- approximately 12ft. 8in. x 11ft. 3in. (3m. 86cm. x 3m. 43cm.)
