THE SIX PIECES MAKER'S MARK OF A.E. WARNER, BALTIMORE, MID 19TH CENTURY
Comprising hot water urn, two coffee or teapots, covered sugar bowl, cream jug and waste bowl; each baluster form on circular base, elaborately repousse and chased with trailing leaves and flowers on a matted ground, with scroll spout and acanthus-clad handles with ivory insulators, the urn with bird finial on spigot, the hinged domed covers similarly chased with heraldic rampant lion finials, each with vacant cartouche on side; the tray circa 1900 with repousse borders and applied foliate rim, with chased foliate handles, the field engraved with trelliswork centering a vacant cartouche of tulips, marked under bases--height of urn 15in., the tray marked Balto-Floral Hand-Chased, Sterling
