The rim enamelled with the arms of Archer impaling Meares, the center with a large spray of parrot tulip, rose and chrysanthemum and scattered smaller blooms, a rocaille border of scrollwork and floral sprigs along the rim (tiny chips at corners, very slight wear)--8 3/8in. (21.3cm.) wide
