JIMI HENDRIX
An Ampeg Portaflex amplifier used by Jimi Hendrix during a very controversial recording session in the summer of 1967. Hendrix defied his contract with Warner Bros. Records and fulfilled an earlier commitment to PPX Enterprises in New York. The resulting tracks were released at one point by Capitol Records, but continue to be a source of litigation and suppresion.
