Of shaped rectangular form, the border chased with scrolling acanthus, centering two applied Tablets of the Law flanked by lions of Judah upholding a crown between chased columns surmounted by flowerpots with a canopy in between, above a festival frame, the lower edge suspending three oval plaques, the upper edge pierced to hold three link chains for suspension, marked on front, and with museum accession number F254--9 7/8 in. (25.1 cm.) high excluding chain and pendant plaques (21 oz.)
