Engraved with a worshiper presenting an antelope to a deity standing on a lion which it holds by a leash, between them, a nude goddess with hands clasped under her breasts, a bird in the field, two rosettes in the sky, with a two column inscription which reads: "Adad-sum-usur," line border, 26 x 11 mm
