The iron tsuba comprising: a rounded-square plate with sukashi design of three open, broken fans, (some rust spots to edge and rim)--7.5cm. h., 7.1cm. w., 4mm. th.; an oval plate with design of broken fans and closed fans, traces of gold numone inlay on both sides--7.7cm. h., 7.4cm. w., 5mm. th.; a thick plate formed as eight family crests encircling the hitsu and seppa dai, the rim with running and lump-form iron bones--7.7cm. h., 6mm., th.; an oval plate with indentations top and bottom, boar's eye opening, the large namako (sea slug-shaped) hitsu-ana filled with shakudo, the edge with gold nunome scroll and long tendrils (in Nishigaki school style)--7cm. h., 6.2cm. w., 5mm. th.; a smooth plate formed as a leafless weeping willow (some rust on rim)--7.4cm. h., 6.9cm. w., 5.75mm. th. The last example bears a configuration of unrecorded marks, eight marks at the base and three at the top of the nakago opening, in the style of some Higo school masters.
