Bedford. Provenance: Cardiff Castle bookplate.
A FINE COPY OF THE FIRST EDITION. The printer's name is not given anywhere in the book, but Harrison records that White's name is given in the register for 10 August 1683, when the book was first entered. The book was re-entered on 6 October of the same year, but "for some inexplicable reason the publication was delayed" (Harrison). Wing B-5537 (7 copies); Harrison 30.
