(Lower margin of 37/1, 40/10 and 47/2 torn away, replaced on 37/1 and 40/10, small tear at inner margin of 41/10 affecting 3 letters of canon marginalia.) 17th-century roll-tooled vellum over pastepaper boards, fore-edge ties.
