Oval, on square pedestal and circular foot, with plain bracket handles, the domed covers centrally hinged and opening to reveal two separate spice containers, struck on foot with eagle quinto mark and maker's or assaymaster's mark; the snuffer tray engraved with trailing foliage and paterae, the tray marked under base--length over handles 5 1/8in.(13cm.), length of snuffer tray 9¾in.(24.8cm.)
