CIRCA 1795, BLUE CROWN CROSSED BATON AND D MARK, INCISED NO 77 AND WITH A TRIANGLE, IN THE MANNER OF JOCKEY HILL
Of inverted conical form with acanthus scroll handles, painted with Derbyshire landscapes of 'Near Breadsall' and 'Near Foremark', named on the underside, reserved within gilt beaded borders, the mouth gilt with a band of trailing vine reserved on the blue ground, with fitted pierced cover (minimal scratching to landscapes and flaking to gilt line rim)--4½in. (11.4cm.) high
