A MEISSEN FAMILLE-VERTE CIRCULAR DISH, the centre painted in underglaze blue with a flowering plant within a coloured zig-zag band with four half-flowerheads, the border with three branches of flowering chrysanthemum, peony and other plants, one issuing from elaborate turquoise, yellow and pink rockwork, within a underglaze blue diaper band and brown line rim (very minor rubbing to enamels), blue crossed swords mark, blue K for Kretschmar and incised 4 to footrim, circa 1730
