The rock crystal rectangular clock with detachable cover, the circular white enamel chapter ring with Roman chapters and gold rosettes between, rose-cut diamond inner border to the mystery centre with diamond hands, in a gold and white enamel frame of laurel branch and rosette motif, the beaded gold base on a black onyx plinth studded with four diamond stars, with key, in the original brown leather fitted case (two small internal fractures, one screw deficient, reverse of plinth has been repaired)
