A SWISS ENAMELLED ENGINE-TURNED GOLD BOÎTE-À-MOUCHES

Rectangular gold box, the engine-turned cover, base and sides enamelled in translucent dark blue and bordered with gold paillons representing trailing leaves, within bands of opaque white enamel, the inside of the cover set with a mirror, the base with three compartments, two of which covered by a hinged lid -- 59 mm wide, two side panels with retouched chips.
