Two volumes. 4° (306 x 229mm). Printed on papier vélin, 2 engraved frontispieces by Moreau, engraved by Giraud and finished by Dupréel and Dambrun, in the third state with Latin text. (Very light foxing in volume II K2-3.) French contemporary red straight-grained morocco panelled in gilt, blue watered silk doublures with gilt inner dentelles, g.e., by Tessier, with his ticket. Provenance: Vicomte A. de Ginestous, (booklabel); Albert Pascal, (booklabel).
