(Some plates rather spotted, a few with waterstain in lower outer corner, a few leaves loose with marginal tears and soiling.) Original half morocco, gilt title on upper cover, spine gilt (rubbed, tear in upper hinge).
Originally issued in four parts in wrappers, the portraits include as well as princes, members of religious sects and regional peoples. Not in Abbey.
