He playing the guitar and she the hurdy-gurdy, both wearing yellow conical straw hats, fur-lined claret coats, yellow robes painted with indianische Blumen and lilac shoes, standing on tree-stump grassy mound bases moulded with white and gilt scrolls (restoration to his left hand and neck of guitar and to leaves at back, one of his fingers lacking), blue crossed swords marks, he with Pressnummer 51 and incised 1523, painted numbers 68
