A SILVER CHAMBER CANDLESTICK MODELLED AS A SWAN
no apparent marks, perhaps by Gothard Ferdinand Stang, probably St. Petersburg, circa 1830

The shaped oval base with pierced sides, the tulip-shaped sconce supported on the upraised wings of a swan, the handle decorated in relief with anthemion on a matted ground - 20.5cm high (508gr)
