First edition of the first part of 'one of the outstanding German books on hunting of the seventeenth century' (Schwerdt p.245). This copy comprises the first two parts of this complicated work. The third part was issued in 1699 and whole work was reprinted in Leipzig in 1734. Cf Schwerdt p.245 (third edition); Souhart 452 (first part only).
